He is currently leading and advising companies in the construction, manufacturing and home services sector.

- He enjoys helping entrepreneurs, as a Business Advisor for Future Phaze, a modern M&A and business advisory firm. Built by exited founders and operators. Focused on helping $5M to $200M businesses transition, grow or sell. Human-first. Strategy-backed. Outcome-driven.
- Played a key leadership role in scaling a manufacturing business from $11M to $27M in Annual Revenue in less than 1.5 years with record breaking profit margins.
- Operated as a key leader in managing and directing $100M+ worth of Manufacturing, Food Processing, Cold Storage & General Construction Projects. Experience in all aspects of Design/Build through closeout and handover to operations.
Values
- God has always been his primary source of love and inspiration. His whole world revolves around quality time with his beautiful wife, two daughters and his son. They enjoy time in the mountains, on the beach and going on fun road trips as a family (windows down and music blaring in the background). His priorities will forever be:
